Box
This app lets you upload, organize, and share files with your team members. You can manage access to files, post comments and assign tasks, and stay up to date with real-time notifications. The Box app itself is free to download. Individual users can create accounts to access up to 5GBs of storage space for free, while subscription-based multiuser accounts for businesses and enterprises are also available.

Evernote
Evernote lets you create notes that can capture text, images, files, audio, and more, that you can access across all your devices. Notes can be edited, organized, searched, and shared. Individual Evernote accounts are available for free. Premium accounts are available for businesses for $10/user/month.

EssentialPIM
Keep track of appointments, to-do lists, notes, password entries, and contacts while on the go and across devices. EssentialPIM includes email support to serve as an alternative to Outlook.

PDF Touch
Now you don’t have to move to a desktop to provide edits or comments directly in a PDF document. The PDF Touch app allows you to review and annotate directly on top of a PDF document using your finger or a stylus. You can highlight text in different colors, apply markups like strikethroughs, draw, and write notes.

What’s IP Pro
